Objectives

1. Morticias has not and is not carried on for profit or gain of its individual members.  Any profits & proceeds made by Morticias shall be invested back into hiring/buying equipment & continuous improvement of Morticias: be it lighting, music, decorations, promo material, adds, posters etc. 
2. Morticias does not make any distribution – whether in money, property or otherwise – to its members during the course of its operations.
3. Morticias complies fully with the mission statement of the Morticias DJ Collective

Non-profit Clause

The Assets and Income of  Morticias are applied solely in furtherance of objectives 1 and 2, and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the association except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the association.

Dissolution Clause

In the event of Morticias being dissolved or deregistered, the amount that remains after such dissolution and the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities shall be transferred to any association with similar purposes which is not carried on for profit or gain of its individual members.
