This is a reasonable, but not particularly innovative method for using Trichinella larval extracts for diagnosis in equines. Title too long changed/Abstract/ Introduction: Well  researched, referenced and written although this problem/method seems to be confined to Egypt only? Please justify publication of this data if already shown in other cases/countries. last sentence Introduction  "Moreover, to identify....page 3 does not make sense please clarify. Methods and Results/conclusions:*Please explain if used for first time if already used in other countries (see above).  .Properly analysed and presented.  Publish with changes if authors can answer * .
