Title:Derivation of a protein-marker from heat-denatured protein-aggregate

What is this work about? (please describe) This work describes a method to differentiate and identify protein by visualization and computation. Aggregation seems to be influenced by the shape of the constituent molecules and microscopic images of protein aggregates were used to measure (ILMFD) features which could identify proteins such as hemoglobin ect. An artificial neural network was used to further differentiate the protein.

4. REPORT (here you place your detailed comments) The visualization (fractal) and computational methods are well described and apparently repeatable. Description of protein function is not particularly required in this work (too detailed, not relevant). I think the authors could have considered other aggregation/visualization (ILMFD) methods to verify the current results. However the Sensitivity/Specificity data appears acceptable. Accept for publication with suggested changes
