We created Comme en France because
of our taste and our hunger for things French. We say "taste" because
we have always appreciated France not only for its gastronomy and but
also for its arts, its culture, and its special spirit of freedom and
creativity. We say "hunger" because we missed some delightful French specialties
we couldn't find in Australia, such as cassoulet, choucroute, and coq
au vin. And above all, we have created Comme en France and this website
to share this taste, this hunger, and our love for France with all gourmets
and Francophiles in Australia. We hope that the France we love will be
in many Australian hearts as it is already in ours.
