WHAT TO DO NOW

OK, so you have looked at my site and you have decided that I can help you with a translation.  Here's what you should do!

1.   Send a legible copy of the document or a sample of the document to me via one of the methods in my Contact Information.

2.  Include your contact details and indicate when you would like it completed.  Remember, if an assignment is required in less than a few days, an urgency fee of 20% may apply.

3. Indicate if you require a quote.  My rates of  $25 (Australian) per 100 words of original German should mean that you can work out the price for yourself  but I will provide a quote if you wish.  If you request a quote from a sample text, please indicate your estimate of the word count for the entire assignment.   The quotation will be free of charge and without obligation.

4. Indicate if you require certification or an affidavit.  Certification is free.   An affidavit will cost $10.

5. Indicate how you would like the assignment delivered.   I can email or fax a copy and send an original with my signature by snail mail if you so desire.   Payment is not required before delivery.

6.  Please do not presume I have accepted your assignment until I get back to you.  Remember, I reserve the right to refuse work that I do not feel I am competent to handle or that I am uncomfortable with for any reason.
