Once
there was a virtual City of Rome at
the late lamented
AncientSites, alias SPQR
- to a Homage to
AncientSites.
This is Beach Road , Bondi Beach, looking West; One Sunset at One Instant in Time! .... The Red Cloud Underbellies, Golden Flecked, plus the small Intensely Blue Islands of Clear Sky: All are there for the One Simple Reason: The Very High Level of Particle Pollution in Sydney, mostly sourced from the multitude of Car Exhausts. The Beauty of Atmospheric Colour is Indeed No Guide To Good Health! Anyway ....
Bondi Beach is just to the east of the Sydney CBD. Well to the south, far down the coast, is the National Park [aka Royal National Park] but what is in a name, if one is trekking through the bushfire ravaged splendour of heath upon arkose-sandstone. The sandy soiled scrub [below right] is within this Park.

The Distinctive Taste Of Arsenic!! I have not tried this taste test, although I was assured by a qualified Geologist, that Arsenic indeed has a peculiar, indicative taste. I also became a qualified Geologist & now I am telling you what I was told: that is how such rumours spread. There is photographic proof of "a little learning" at James Cook University Of North Queensland.
